• 430 stainless used on standard hoods, 304 stainless available for dishwasher applications
• Hoods with perimeter gutters have a 1" drain for maximum drainage
• Single wall or double wall construction 304 stainless used on hoods with full perimeter gutters
• Hoods are available with full perimeter gutters which have welded corners
