Warranty & Guarantee

It is an industry standard practice for equipment manufacturers to provide you with a five year parts warranty on any new furnace, heat pump, or air conditioner you purchase. However the labor portion of your warranty typically comes from contractor you higher to install the equipment. This warranty is generally one year in length.

OUR WARRANTY ON EQUIPMENT REPAIRS

If we perform repair on your existing heating, cooling, or air purifying equipment, you can expect to have it up and running again when we leave your home. In the unlikely event the part we’ve replaced fails again within 60 days of the repair, we will replace it again without charging a second time for it.
